Wool Poncho

This wool shawl / poncho, is made to be worn by any sexual orientation. There is one size which is aprox 50 x 58 inches. This wool is made by Maharam and is a beautiful quality in a medium weight that will keep you warm and not scratch your skin. There is a slight nubby look as seen in the close up image.

You can wrap the front panels around your neck, wear open or clasp with a pin or brooch.

I have hand stitched a large pattern over the whole cover in cotton thread that was dyed with red onion skins. The edges are hand rolled and machine stitched.

I recommend hand washing and air dry for longest life and color fastness. Yes, you can also use an iron.
