Shipping

All orders placed with us are subject to 3rd party contracts for delivery, such 3rd parties are USPS and UPS. All purchases made at our site are subject to a shipping contract. When purchasing from this website, it is understood that you are selecting the delivery mode and transport or leaving it to our discretion. We try our best for fast and safe delivery.

In the USA: USPS First Class. (usually 2-3 days after shipped)


International: Priority Mail First Class.(usually 6-10 days after shipped) All orders come with tracking that will be sent to the email you provide us. * Currently only Canadian orders are done for international shipping. Please contact rio@rawtextiles.com if you are out of the U.S. and would like to make a purchase. Special arrangements can be made.

Please verify your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.

Turnaround times

Items purchase that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment. Some of our products are made to order and are created with specialized dye and rusting processes. In this case the turnaround for products is increased to 2-3 weeks or as indicated on product description.
