Refund policy
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the specialty of our product and the customization of many of our pieces we are unable to accept any returns. Please make sure you have chosen the right size and color. We only accept returns if there is damage to the product. Please see Refunds and Exchanges for more information.
If you receive the product and it has been damaged in shipping you may send it back for a repair or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
There are NO refunds or exchanges on custom made garments, underwear or bras. Any proven defaults or defects on all other products will be refunded on the return of a garment. If garment is not proven defective, garment will be returned to buyer or buyer will have the choice of exchange if not satisfied.
Exchanges
We will honor an exchange if you are unhappy with the product and it has not been worn. Please contact customer service within the first 3 days after you have received the product. This excludes any underwear or bras.
Shipping will be at buyer's cost for exchanges and you must included a prepaid shipping label from your post office before exchanged product can be shipped back to you.
Cancellations
An order placed with us can only be canceled within the first two days after the order is placed. The item having been processed, is immediately put into production to cut down on wait time so the item is expedited quickly. To cancel an order please contact rio@rawtextiles.com.
