Vintage Halter Dress - handkerchief

This dress was something I bought for myself but never got around to altering it so I could fit in it.  So I am offering it to you.

Super cute cotton halter at top with a stretch back and handkerchief style skirt panels. It is perfect for a summer day of dancing or strolling in the park. 

I dyed the top with cochineal and marigolds at the skirt. The waist band has beautiful embroidery work and the top is textured like lace but not see through.

For size I would call it a medium to small.  The elastic at back stretches to 36" at the top and 32" at the waist band.
