Shawl- Crochet/ Silk

This unique shawl is a one of a kind. Made with silk crepe and a vintage crochet piece.

The long silk scarves are attached to create arm holes to the cotton crochet which has been dyed with walnut. The silk is dyed with natural dyes and minerals. 

There is a thin silk tie at waist to secure the weight distribution. Roughly it measures 36 wide x 42 inches when laid flat. Fits all sizes  up to x large. The silk is rolled hemmed down the length and unfinished at ends.

Jasper was created using soy milk, cutch, iron, osage orange, originally in 2016 collection 'Painted Hills'.
