natural dyed fabric

These silks are hand dyed with natural dyes. They are odd sizes and one of a kind pieces left over from my lingerie collection or just samples I have tucked away. I would like you to make something with them. Everything is washable as water is part of the process to dye and I recommend hand washing and air dry. This stretch silk chiffon was dyed in the satyr pattern from the 2012 collection. It was made by composting pokeberries and rust for 4 to 5 days. It measures 40x54" A good size to create a garment that needs a little stretch. The image with the model shows something I made for my collection in 2012.
