Mandrake -Lace Bra

This soft bra slips over head with a wide elastic band. The straps are adjustable and the cup is made with a limited stock nylon lace from Portugal. They have been dyed with various plants and minerals and each pattern is created in small batches. The band is made with organic cotton knit that was grown and milled in the US.

The cup fits an A - C or small D. The band is a S-L

Small is 30-32   Medium is 34-36   Large is 37-39 inches  (approximate sizes)            All the bands listed on this page are constructed with two soft scalloped elastics that span 2-3 inches wide.

Foxglove- Inspired by foxglove digitalis plant. Direct dye method using cochineal, tannin, madder root and iron. There are a few one of a kind pieces as marked. They have different shades and lace backs. 2 inch band

Lilac - Dyed with logwood and gardenia with processes to create a mottled effect. The lace is from the same maker but is purple with pink accents. 2 inch band

Charcoal- Tannin and iron resisted and mottled to create pattern. 3 inch band

*All patterns have variations due to the nature of the dyeing process. These are not considered flaws but more like blessings which give each piece a one of a kind look.
