Lavandula or lavender is found in the mint family. I have harvested this lavender from organic local sources. It has a relaxing , fragrant quality that makes it good in teas, potpourri, oils, baking, and incense. It is a natural repellent of most insects. one ounce is about 1 cup of buds.
