Lace petticoat- full length - repurposed material - rust printed

This lace petticoat was made as a costume for a recycled fashion show in 2010. It was constructed with a lace table cloth that was rusted. The bottom frill is a Victorian piece made of cotton and lined in cotton that I dyed with a natural color - charcoal and rust. It has been made to fit the lace part of the skirt perfectly. The waist is meant to hang low and basically to the hips. But can totally be a true waist size if you fit the measurement. The band measures 30". The length is 46" This is a original garment that you will find no where else. I recommend to hand wash and air dry.
