Hip Belt - Velvet - Fringe

This soft hip belt is made with silk velvet that has been dyed in the Copper Violet pattern which consists of rust, copper pokeberry and cochineal. The inside is lined with felted wool for stability and there is a row of fringe that  was created by torn cottons  that are all dyed with plant extracts. The details include chain, lace, crystal beads, agate and  vintage coins that comes from India. 

The sides lace and tie for adjustments in size which range from a 34" hip and up. The fringe hangs about 30".
