Elastic Ruffle - Small

This elastic trim has a small ruffle made with netted polyamide (nylon) and a small lip for sewing in or on top of fabric. The lip is a little shy of 1/4" and the total width with lip is 3/8"
I originally used this for my lingerie collection and often dyed the cream to the shade I desired.
The brand is a well known brand Stephanoise from Europe.
