Cotton / Hemp Fabric Cutting - butterfly bush

This textile has a smooth feel with a textured look. Half organic cotton and hemp and extra wide at 59". Basically this cut is half yard or 19 inches by the full width.

The pattern was made with iron and butterfly bush which was composted and folded.

As you can see the pattern has light charcoal and black accents with yellow. The over all effect is a subtle pattern. The repeat is approx. 10x8 inches.

The weight of the fabric is light but not sheer.

Water is part of the process so the fabric has been preshrunk.

I recommend hand washing and air dry.
