Breath of Fire Horse - Community Cordage and Sound Healing

Join Rio and Katrina January 18 from 12-3pm, in this very special ritual making event. For three hours we will guide you through breath work, cordage making, and a healing sound bath. This work is intended to calibrate our intentions for the new year and the Fire Horse year coming towards us. We will clear our minds and set intentions as we engage with community through cordage making. To seal and send these prayers there will be a divine sound bath for you to release and receive downloads.

We will gather at Glimmer Wellness Center -205 SE Grand Ave Portland, OR.

Rio Wrenn, is an artist and designer of plant and rust related goodness. For the last 20 plus years she has developed processes and exhibited art with the idea of earth as a  blessing that we are part of. She has been teaching since 2013 and currently focuses on ritual making for personal empowerment. 

Katrina Cantu, is certified 1500hr YTT, Reiki 1, and Jyotish 1.  Her yoga is diverse.  She teaches a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Kriya, Kundalini, Meditation, and Sound Healing.  She values the importance of breath and movement, creating an experience that will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and calm. 

Being an adventurer, she has traveled extensively around the globe studying and practicing yoga, meditation, and culture.  Her travels and studies have created a unique skill set that flows effortlessly in her teaching. Her passions include: nature, self-discovery, self-love, writing, yoga, meditation, sound healing, travel, the human condition, reading, teaching and learning.  Play is something that is quite important to her, she offers our time on the mat together to be just that! Come play!
