Rio Wrenn and Katrina Cantu for this three hour ritual immersion of self healing, intention, breath work and cordage making. We are going to dive deep into setting intentions for the new year and understanding how to process the energies of the upcoming fire horse Chinese new year. We will meditate and flow with grasses as we each form a cordage to take home and finally bathe in sacred sounds.
