shibori and indigo fabric

All the fabrics are hand dyed with natural dyes and various processes that I have developed and practiced over the last 19 years. Some of them have been used for collections and various projects. They are the left over bits and pieces that I think are treasures but will never have the time to give them a new life. I offer them to the makers in hopes they find that life. This fabric is made with a silk cotton blend and has a one way stretch. There is a slight shine but you still see some texture in this thin and luxurious fabric. It was dyed with rust and berries in a print I created in 2012 called Satyr. I then folded it and dyed in indigo. It measures 27x48 inches. I recommend hand washing and air dry.
