It is no coincidence that today is also a sacred mark of time and space that our ancestors have been acknowledging for centuries.
Imbolc, is like a prep for the spring equinox. It means ‘ in the belly’ and is a beautiful celebration of light. This light is the spark that pierces winter.
In the many years I have celebrated this sabbat with community, Brigid crosses, ritual, and candles. It always feels like a gentle kiss from Mother Nature for strength as we slowly gain light.
For this collection I dedicate and pay deep gratitude to our ancestors
We as a collective of humans share these roots and have developed a society around them
Connecting and creating a state of mind in which we lift one another to become the best version of ourselves. At least this is how I dream it should be…..
This is the 13th collection I have created with hand dyed fibers. The exploration of plant colors and processes has been the driving force behind this movement.
Not only have I developed and shared my love for natural dyes but I have also grown and defined my self.
