Elastic, Picot

This elastic has a delicate picot edge that is perfect for lingerie or any project with stretch fabrics which need a decorative finish.
The total size is 1/2" with the lip being 1/4".
There is a good stretch to this and it can be dyed to match your projects. I originally use for my lingerie collection and dyed with natural dyes.
